God of was Ragnarök: Nordic Saga ends after two games - developers justify the decision
Just briefly after the presentation of the first gameplay trailer last week confirmed that it will be God of War: Ragnarök the conclusion of the Nordic Saga .
This already ends after two titles. As revealed in a current interview, Cory Barlog's Design Decision, the Game Director behind God of War was hit from 2018. As Barlog designed, the developers were sure that they would succeed in telling the history of the Nordic Saga in two games instead of still needing a third title that may be waiting for several years.
Barlog speaks of several reasons
But there were other reasons as Barlog performed: There are several reasons for that. I think one of the most important reasons is that the first game took five years. The second game - I do not know how long it will take, but I just assume that it will take almost a long time to do so. And if you think, Wow, a third in the same [time], then we talk to a story about a span of 15 years. I just think that's too much.

Barlog led out: In view of this, where the team was and where Eric was [Williams] with what he wanted to do, I thought, Look, I think we can actually do that in the second story. 'Because Most of what we've tried [...] was to tell something about Kratos and Atrues, that the core, the engine of history, is really the relationship between these two characters.
God of War: Ragnarök is in progress for the PlayStation 4 and the PlayStation 5 in work and will appear at a previously not mentioned date.
